Stuart Hearn

Founder and CEO

Stuart is a performance management specialist with 20 years experience in human resources, both as an HR Director and HR/OD Consultant. He has spent the last 10 years working with organisations to improve their performance management processes and implement online systems. Prior to this, Stuart held in-house HR roles for well-known organisations including Boots, BP, United Biscuits and Sony where he was International HR Director for their Music Publishing division. Stuart holds a BA (hons) in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development).

Mark Henwood

Founder and CTO

Mark has worked in programming for over 20 years and is a specialist in open source technologies such as Python and Django. He is one of the UK's leading proponents of leading-edge, cloud-based and mobile-responsive computing practices, which he has successfully implemented at Clear Review along with the latest automated testing processes. Prior to joining Clear Review, Mark was Head of Development at Glasses Direct, Europe's largest online prescription eyewear store.
